VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Gerald S. Divaris, chairman and CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of two leases totaling 16,787 square feet of retail space. Negotiations were handled through the Virginia Beach, Virginia, office of DRE.
Fresenius Kidney Care leased 11,684 square feet of retail space in Riverfront Shoppes located at 5140 River Club Drive in Suffolk, Virginia. Fresenius Medical Care North America (FMCNA), the world’s leading innovator in kidney care and the largest provider of dialysis products and services, using state-of-the-art dialysis equipment and the world’s most advanced dialysis treatment and patient support services. Vivian Turok and Elizabeth Greer Napolitano of Divaris Real Estate represented the tenant in the negotiations with the landlord, Riverfront Shoppes, LLC.
Applebee’s Grill and Bar leased 5,103 square feet of retail space in The Retail Shops at Wells Fargo Center located at Monticello Avenue and Freemason Street in Norfolk, Va. Applebee’s has grown to become a popular restaurant in neighborhoods all across North America – with almost 2,000 locations and counting. DRE’s Levi Thomson represented the tenant in the lease negotiations with the landlord, SLNWC Residential Company, LLC.
