A little over two years ago Chris Stone, President of Clark Nexsen, a local architecture and engineering firm, met with Divaris’ President, Michael Divaris, about relocating their offices. “It started what would be a very interesting journey for us,” said Stone. Thursday marked the grand opening of 4525 Main Street, the newest tower in the Town Center of Virginia Beach. The new construction brings more than 200,000 square feet of Class A office space, 290 apartments, 975 parking spaces and more than 25,000 square feet of first-floor retail space.
