WASHINGTON, DC: Gerald S. Divaris, chairman and CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of three leases, totaling approximately 20,000 square feet of retail space in the greater Washington, DC area.
Divaris Real Estate is pleased to welcome Rhonda Williams as a Senior Property Manager in the company’s Fort Monroe Office, in Hampton, Virginia. She will oversee the restoration, preservation and repurposing of the historic buildings. Rhonda will establish procedures for on-site staff and outside vendors to accomplish goals within budget constraints and using historically accurate methods. She comes to Divaris from First Potomac Realty Trust, where she managed more than 1 million square feet of flagship properties in the Crossways area of Chesapeake, Virginia.
