Prosper Insurance renewed its lease for 3,975 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and –managed One Columbus Center in the Town Center of Virginia Beach. Prosper Insurance Group has become one of the fastest growing insurance agencies in Virginia by offering competitive rates from reputable insurance companies, providing industry leading customer service, and giving back to communities and the environment. The landlord, Columbus Tower, LLC was represented by Michael Divaris, Vivian Turok, and Krista Costa of the Virginia Beach office of Divaris Real Estate.
Cita Logistics, LLC renewed its lease for 1,905 square feet in the Divaris-leased and -managed Norfolk Southern office building located at Three Commercial Place in Norfolk, Virginia. Cita Logistics is involved in the logistics coordination of 20 million tons of product every year, from the US East Coast and Gulf ports, South America, Canada and Australia through the two locations Norfolk, USA and Sydney Australia. The lease was negotiated on behalf of the landlord, Southern Industrial Realty, Inc, by Jason Oliver, Elizabeth Paasch and Elizabeth Greer of DRE’s Virginia Beach office.
Riverpoint Psychiatric Associates renewed its lease for 1,675 square feet of office space in DePaul Medical Building located at 110 Kingsley Lane in Norfolk. Riverpoint Psychiatric Associates was established in 1991 by a team of local psychiatrists and therapists who are well known and highly respected in the Hampton Roads Community. They work cooperatively with physicians, school personnel and human service agencies to meet the personal needs of patients who range from preschoolers through adolescence and adulthood. Negotiations with the landlord, Shannon Health/MOB, LP, were handled on behalf of the tenant by DRE’s Turok and Greer.
