Carlotta R. Lilly, CPM®, ACoM

Senior Property Manager

Carlotta joined Divaris Property Management Corp (DPMC)  in 2009 and currently oversees a portfolio consisting of office and retail in Hampton Roads totaling 464,541 square feet. She is known for demonstrating initiative and integrity in fulfilling her responsibilities including building maintenance, budgeting, administration, tenant relations and overseeing capital and tenant improvements.

Carlotta brings to Divaris 15 years of experience in property management. Her previous position was an assistant property manager with Advantis Real Estate Services Company where she assisted several managers with management of a mixed portfolio of retail and office properties comprised of approximately one million square feet.
