JOANN GASKINS, CPM®

Senior Property Manager

Joann Gaskins has been appointed Senior Property Manager of the Virginia Beach office of Divaris Property Management Corp. Her responsibilities include managing a mix of retail and office properties primarily in Virginia Beach and Norfolk.

Joann brings to DPMC 19 years of experience in commercial property management. Her previous position was as senior portfolio manager with Thalhimer where she handled office/flex, industrial and medical office and association management as well as retail properties.

Joann holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia. She serves her community through IREM’s support of Blankets for the Homeless and Transitions Family Violence services.

Affiliations/Accreditations:

She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Hampton Roads Virginia Chapter 39 where she serves as vice president of communications.

Awards/Recognition:

IREM® Certified Property Manager® Candidate of the Year in 2016 Anthony W. Smith Scholarship for continuing education in the field.
