Sales Transaction
12205 Gayton Road in Henrico, Virginia
Barter Town, LLC purchased a 4,970-square-foot office building located at 12205 Gayton Road in Henrico, Va, from Blair and Blair Properties, LLC for $805,000. Sara Goodall represented the buyer in the transaction.
The property is a single-story structure with two existing occupants, West End pediatric dentistry and Shield Martial Arts.
Lease Transaction
Old Navy leased 12,850 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Waynesboro Town Center located at 831 Town Center Drive in Waynesboro, VA. This is Old Navy’s first location in the Waynesboro/Staunton market. Brett McNamee, Ali McCrickard and Laikyn Severson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Waynesboro Town Center include: Ross Dress for Less, Michael’s, PetSmart, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Rack Room Shoes, Books-A-Million, Bath & Body Works, LOFT and America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses.
Lease Renewal
Here2Hear renewed its lease for 1,447 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Fountain Park located at 9327 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond. Laikyn Severson and Madeleine Alderman represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
