Rhonda Williams is a Senior Property Manager for the Fort Monroe commercial properties. She oversees the restoration, preservation and repurposing of the historic buildings. She establishes procedures for on-site staff and outside vendors to accomplish goals with budget constraints and using historically accurate methods.

Rhonda comes to Divaris from First Potamac Realty Trust where she managed more than 1 million square feet of flagship properties in the Crossways area of Chesapeake, Virginia. She’s managed mixed portfolios of retail, Class A and flex space for a variety of ownerships.
