Logan Stycos has been with Divaris Property Management Corp. (DPMC) in its Richmond office since July 2015. She began as a commercial property administrator, but transitioned to handle property management in April 2016. Logan oversees a mixed portfolio of retail and office tenants. Some of her responsibilities include preparation and presentation of annual budgets and monthly financials to property owners, tenant relations, negotiation of vendor contracts, and building maintenance.

Logan studied at Virginia Commonwealth University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Studies with a minor in Real Estate Business. She is a candidate for the Accredited Commercial Manager® (ACoM) certification and the Certified Property Manager® (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
