Shira oversees both office and retail properties for Divaris Property Management Corp’s Washington DC office in Tysons Corner, Virginia. She previously worked for Lawson Realty managing multifamily apartment communities. She managed almost 500 units and served as the corporate trainer, traveling to different sites, training property managers on policies and procedures.

Executive Council for the local IREM® chapter Two national positions with the Institute of Real Estate Management Member of Diversity Advisory Board and serves as a governing councilor
