VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Gerald S. Divaris, chairman and CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of three leases totaling 36,356 square feet. All leases were handled out of DRE’s Richmond office.
Morris & Morris, P.C. leased 8,220 square feet of office space at Shockoe Centre, located at 11 South 12th Street. The lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the landlord, James K Coyne LLC, of Suzanna White and Brett McNamee. Morris & Morris provides legal services to businesses and individuals and leased the entire fifth floor of Shockoe Centre, which is located in the heart of Richmond’s Central Business District.
Big Lots renewed its lease for 26,537 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and –managed Midlothian Crossing, located at 8533 Midlothian Turnpike. The lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the landlord, Midlothian Associates, L.P., by Sara Goodall. Other tenants at Midlothian Crossing include Goodwill, Family Dollar and Red Wing Shoes.
OMS Strategic Advisors, LLC leased 1,599 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and – managed 360 West Hull Shopping Center, located at 7206 Hull Street Road. The lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the landlord, 360 West Shopping Center, by Sara Goodall. OMS is a commercial real estate services firm specializing in tenant representation, project leasing, strategic marketing and related consulting.
