Inman & Strickler, PLC renewed its lease for 6,699 square feet of office space in Marsh Landing at 575 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach. Vivian Turok represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Inman & Strickler is a firm of 12 prestigious lawyers specializing in bankruptcy, corporate, civil, criminal, personal injury and family law.
ProLog, Inc. leased 2,200 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Lynnhaven Commons building located at 500 Viking Drive in Virginia Beach. The lease was negotiated on behalf of the landlord, Lynnhaven II, LLC., by Divaris Real Estate’s Elizabeth Paasch and Elizabeth Greer. ProLog is an award-winning government services company specializing in Integrated Logistics and Systems Engineering.
Tidewater Communications & Electronics, Inc. leased 2,061 square feet of office space at 509 Viking Drive in Virginia Beach. Krista Costa of DRE’s Virginia Beach office represented the tenant in the lease negotiations with the landlord, Hanes Properties – Virginia, LLC. Since 1959, Tidewater Communications and Electronics Inc. has been based in Virginia Beach, which allows it a response time of under 30 minutes to virtually all of its commercial and government customers. Hancock Vein and Surgical Center leased 1,699 square feet of office space in the Divaris leased- and –managed Union Bank Building located at 603 Pilot House Drive in Newport News. The lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the landlord, NN Plaza, L.P., by Karen Beale, principal of the Virginia Peninsula office of Divaris Real Estate. Other tenants in the four-story building include Union Bank, State Farm Insurance, Union Mortgage Group and Chesapeake Bay Management. Hancock Vein and Surgical Center is the only private medical practice specializing in venous disease in Hampton Roads. Dr. Hancock performs the leading radio frequency ablation procedures.
Odyssey Systems Consulting Group leased 1,606 square feet of office space in the Peninsula Professional Building located at 11818 Rock Landing Drive in Newport News. The lease negotiations with the landlord, Municipal Partners II, LLC, were handled on behalf of the tenant by Costa. Established in 1997, Odyssey’s expertise is in communication systems, command and control, space and missile systems, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and information technology.
Pathways to Life, Inc. renewed its lease for 1,603 square feet of office space in Harbour Breeze Professional Center located at 1510 Breezeport Way in Suffolk, Va. Costa handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant. Pathways to Life is a local organization committed to helping individuals and families who are struggling with a variety of issues including mental health and substance abuse challenges.
