VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Michael B. Divaris, president of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of two leases for 12,070 square feet of office and retail space.
Fresenius Medical Care leased 9,266 square feet in Centerpointe, located at 835 Brightseat Road, in Landover, Md. The lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the tenant by Vivian Turok of DRE’s Virginia Beach office and Joseph Farina of DRE’s Washington D.C. regional office. Fresenius is a major provider of kidney dialysis care services and renal care products. With more than 2,100 dialysis facilities in North America, Fresenius provides services to hundreds of thousands of people throughout the United States, Mexico and Canada.
Il Forno by Tony leased 2,804 square feet of retail space at 5 Bynum Road, in Forest Hills, Md. The lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the landlord, JC Chen, LLC, by Joseph Farina and Amit Grover of DRE’s Washington D.C. regional office. Il Forno by Tony is leasing a freestanding building which was previously a 7-Eleven. The Italian restaurant has been in business for more than a decade and specializes in traditional pizza and pasta dishes.
