Lease Transactions
Hampton Roads Crossing, Suffolk, VA
American Family Care leased 3,760 square feet of retail space in Hampton Roads Crossing located at 1013 University Boulevard in Suffolk, Va. Levi Thomson represented the landlord in the transaction.
Papa John’s Pizza leased 1,338 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Oakland Marketplace located at 200 Chickasaw Drive in Oakland, TN. Gerald Divaris represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Oakland Marketplace include Dollar Tree, Shoe Dept, Maurices, AT&T, Sally Beauty, Pizza Hut, GameStop and Edward Jones.
dPerfect Event leased 1,182 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Wilsondale Shopping Center located at 1208 North King Street in Hampton, Va. Aeri Jai represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Wilsondale Shopping Center is a mixed-use property with apartments above first-floor retail that includes Domino’s Pizza.
Lease Renewals
Becky’s Hallmark Cards and Gifts renewed its lease for 4,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Fairfield Shopping Center located at 5242 Fairfield Shopping Center in Virginia Beach. Kris Fuller and George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Fairfield Shopping Center is anchored by Food Lion, with other tenants that include Furniture Mart, T.J. Maxx, Taylor’s Do It Center, Rite Aid, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Moe’s Southwest Grill, AJ Gator’s Sports Bar & Grill, and Music & Arts.
Anne Arundel Dermatology Management renewed its lease for 3,000 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Liberty Commons located at 12695 McManus Boulevard in Newport News, Va. Karen Beale, SIOR represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the building include: TPMG Family Medicine, Clinical Associates and A to Z Family Foot Care.
Browning Insurance and Financial Services renewed its lease for 1,968 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Union Bank Building located at 603 Pilot House Drive in Newport News. Karen Beale, SIOR represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The State Farm agency remains in the property with Union Bank, Chesapeake Management and Goldbelt, Inc.
