Sales Transaction
Wells Fargo Bank/Financial Management, LLC purchased a two-building, 5,616-square-foot retail property located at 8131 and 8137 Brook Road in Richmond for $2,350,000. Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the seller, EMC North Park Center, LLC, in the negotiations.
Lease Transactions
Stonewall Square, Mechanicsville, VA
Pepicelli’s Pizza leased 1,600 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Stonewall Square located at 6300 Mechanicsville Turnpike in Mechanicsville, Va. Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Stonewall Square include: Firehouse Subs, Allied Cash Advance, Bed Corner, Ruby Nails and Sprint Cellular.
Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority leased 1,240 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Woodlake Commons Shopping Center located at 7028-7032 Woodlake Commons Loop in Midlothian, Va. Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the landlord in lease negotiations. Other tenants in Woodlake Commons include: Allstate, Shogun Steak & Sushi, Burn Boot Camp, Spotlight Studio and Chesterfield County Police.
