Divaris Real Estate’s Washington, DC Office Completes Six Transactions Totaling 11,884 Square Feet

TYSONS CORNER, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of six transactions in the greater Washington, DC metropolitan market, totaling 11,884 square feet of sold and leased commercial space.

Sale Transaction

1800 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, VA

1800 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, VA

1800 Wilson, LLC has purchased 4,290 square feet of restaurant space located at 1800 Wilson Boulevard in Arlington, Va., from Dominion Café Group for $2.3 million. Joe Farina and Chris Saa brokered the sale on behalf of the seller. The space will continue to be used for a restaurant.

Lease Transactions
Dermalogica leased 2,323 square feet of office space in Westwood Center located at 8605 Westwood Center Drive in Vienna, Va. Joe Farina, Charlie Webb and Michael Divaris represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Divaris has been the exclusive real estate representative of Dermalogica for over 17 years for its real estate requirements in the U.S. and Canada. DRE has completed over 30 transactions including securing business unit offices in major cities across the country, placement of a distribution center on the East Coast, and relocation of Dermalogica’s global operations headquarters and distribution facility in Los Angeles.

Wigs & Bundles in Largo leased 1,695 square feet of retail space in Largo Town Center located at 816 Largo Center Drive in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Rob Gray represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Turkuaz Mediterranean Market leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Parkridge Center located at 10900-11270 Bulloch Drive in Manassas, Va. Joe Farina, Gerald Divaris and Charlie Webb represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Parkridge Center include: Kohl’s, Duluth Trading Co., Old Navy, Regal Cinemas, Lane Bryant, Famous Footwear, Bath and Bodyworks and The Vitamin Shoppe.

GM Hagerstown leased 1,200 square feet and Verizon Wireless leased 1,176 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Hagerstown Gateway Shopping Center located at 18348 Spark Drive in Hagerstown, Md. Susan McGee represented the landlord in the lease transactions. Other tenants in Hagerstown Gateway include Jimmy Johns, Great Clips, Boost Mobile and Landmark Financial.
