VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA:  Gerald S. Divaris, chairman and CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of two leases totaling 8,640 square feet.

McDonald’s renewed its lease for 3,000 square feet at the Willow Oaks Village Square Shopping Center, located at 217 Fox Hill Road, in Hampton.  The lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the landlord, Willow Oaks Associates, LLC, by Eric Bucklew in Divaris Real Estate’s Virginia Beach office.  Other tenants at Willow Oaks Village Square include Farm Fresh, Rite Aid, Peebles, Hallmark, VA ABC, Jackson Hewitt, Curves and Burger King.

FedEx renewed its leased for 5,640 square feet at the Divaris-leased and –managed 550 Oyster Point Road, in Newport News. DRE’s Karen Beale represented  the landlord, 60 Beacon, LLC. Other tenants at 550 Oyster Point Road include Coldstone Creamery, Kappa Nara and Solar Nails.
