(DRE), announced the signing of a lease with Kohl’s for 50,000 square feet of retail space in New River Valley Mall, located at 782 New River Road in Christiansburg, VA. The lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the tenant by Brett McNamee and Debbie Wake, senior vice presidents of the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate.
