Senex Law, P.C. leased 3,745 square feet at the Divaris-leased and -managed Fort Monroe, in Building 77, located at 3 Ruckman Road. The lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the landlord, Fort Monroe Authority, by Sandy Cohen, Chris Bendit and Elizabeth Greer of DRE’s Virginia Beach office. Senex Law is a next-generation, multi-family law firm that uses custom, web-based software to process legal documents quickly, cheaply, and accurately. Located in Hampton, Virginia, Fort Monroe is a 570-acre barrier spit of land surrounded by eight miles of panoramic water views of the Hampton Roads harbor and the Chesapeake Bay. It is home to the largest stone fort ever built in America. On September 15, 2011, the U.S. Army departed and the Fort Monroe Authority hired Divaris Real Estate to manage the leasing.
Fidelity National Title Insurance Company leased 3,039 square feet at the Divaris-leased and –managed 4525 Main Street, located in the Town Center of Virginia Beach. The lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the landlord, TCA Block 11 Office, LLC, by Michael Divaris, Vivian Turok and Krista Costa of DRE’s Virginia Beach office. Fidelity National Title Insurance is one of the nation’s premier real estate service companies, providing title insurance and other real estate-related products and services. 4525 Main Street is the latest building to open at the Town Center of Virginia Beach, boasting nine floors of approximately 230,000 square feet of office space, a six-level parking garage of 950 free parking spaces, first floor retailers Anthropologie, West Elm and Tupelo Honey and 286 apartments.
AnR Career Solutions, Inc. renewed its lease for 2,551 square feet at the Divaris-leased and –managed Harbour Center, located at 2 Eaton Street, in Hampton. The lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the landlord, Armada Hoffler Hampton Centre Associates, L.P., by DRE’s Chris Bendit. AnR Career Solutions provides recruiting and consulting services to the health care industry.
Precision Measurements leased 2,013 square feet at 11835 Canon Blvd., in Newport News. The lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the tenant by Karen Beale of DRE’s Newport News office. Precision Measurement is headquartered in Virginia Beach and has operated as an office in Newport News to service Peninsula clients since 2001. It is a full-service land surveying firm licensed to perform surveying in 11 states and the District of Columbia.
Care Advantage, Inc. leased 1,300 square feet at 2006 Old Greenbrier Road, in Chesapeake. The lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the tenant by Chris Bendit and Elizabeth Greer. Care Advantage specializes in providing personal care services, in the home, hospital, nursing home or retirement home.
