Virginia Eye Consultants leased 6,075 square feet of office space in 2020 General Booth Boulevard Building in Virginia Beach. The tenant was represented by Vivian Turok, Jason Oliver and Elizabeth Greer of the Virginia Beach office of Divaris Real Estate.
Widepoint Solutions Corp renewed its lease for 4,519 square feet in the Divaris-leased and -managed Harbour Centre located at 2 Eaton Street in Hampton, Virginia. WidePoint (NYSE Mkt: WYY) is a leading provider of secure, cloud-delivered, enterprise-wide information technology-based solutions that can enable enterprises and agencies to deploy fully compliant IT services in accordance with government-mandated regulations and advanced system requirements. The lease was negotiated on behalf of the landlord, Armada Hoffler Hampton Centre Associates, LP, by Chris Bendit of the Newport News office of Divaris Real Estate.
Raytheon Company, Inc. also renewed its lease for 4,240 square feet of office space in Harbour Centre. Bendit represented the landlord in this transaction, as well. Raytheon Company, with 2013 sales of $24 billion and 63,000 employees worldwide, is a technology and innovation leader specializing in defense, security and civil markets throughout the world.
Dr. Kevin Finnerty renewed his lease for 3,240 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased 1450 Kempsville Road office building in Virginia Beach. Finnerty has been a practicing dentist in the Kempsville area for 28 years. He belongs to numerous dental study clubs and is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, whose members are committed to continuing education. The landlord, Preferred Medical Partners, LLC, was represented by Krista Costa of the Virginia Beach office of DRE.
