CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA: Gerald S. Divaris, chairman and CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the sale of one property and the signing of two leases for retail space in North and South Carolina.

Family Dollar Stores of South Carolina were represented by Diana Teitsma, principal of the Charlotte office of Divaris Real Estate, in the sale of a 6,480-square-foot store to Dennis and Yvonne Beach.  The property, at 1291 Ribaut Road in Beaufort, SC, will be converted into a laundromat.

Hibbett Sporting Goods leased 5,000 square feet of retail space in Freeway Crossing located at 1537 Freeway Drive in Reidsville, North Carolina.  The sporting goods retailer joins Lowe’s Foods, Dollar Tree, Cato and Rent-a-Center.  Teitsma negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant.

Vibe! Dance Fitness Studio leased 2,386 square feet of retail space in Town Center Business Center at 1001 East WT Harris Boulevard in Charlotte, NC.   After three years in business, Vibe! Dance Fitness Studio is opening its first permanent location.  It joins CosmoProf, Monterrey, Kabuto, The UPS Store, Allstate and Onin Staffing in the Divaris-leased and –managed Town Center Business Center.  Josh Burnett of the Charlotte office of Divaris Real Estate, represented the landlord, Town Center Business, LLC, in the lease negotiations.
