Block 10, Central Park Ave, Virginia Beach, VA
Virginia ABC Store leased 3,285 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Town Center of Virginia Beach located at 188 Central Park Avenue in the Town Center of Virginia Beach. Sezin Cortinas, Gerald Divaris and Erica Rorrer represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Rebound Chiropractic leased 2,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed property located at 12103 Jefferson Avenue in Newport News, Va. Karen Beale, SIOR represented both the landlord and the tenant in the lease negotiations. This new lease is a second location for the well-established chiropractic practice founded by Dr. Vincent Joseph.
Sage Management Enterprises leased 2,000 square feet of office/warehouse space in Oyster Point West located at 311-K Ed Wright Lane in Newport News, Va. Karen Beale, SIOR represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Lease Renewal
Dollar General Stores renewed its lease for 8,450 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Lynnhaven Green Shopping Center located at 1505 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach, Va. David Bickford represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
