Sales Transactions
The Chesapeake Building, Norfolk
Community Alternatives Management Group purchased the 23,397-square-foot Chesapeake Building located at 410 North Center Drive in Norfolk for $1,700,000. Michael Divaris, Jason Oliver, CCIM, Alex Divaris, CCIM, and Elizabeth Paasch brokered the sale on behalf of the seller, ICC Norfolk 9, Ltd.
V5 Realty purchased 1.01 acres of land located at 829 Tluchak Lane in Chesapeake, Virginia from Dominion Blvd, LLC, for $159,500. Jason Oliver and Alex Divaris brokered the sale on behalf of the buyer.
Lease Renewals
Twist Martini & Associates renewed its lease for 2,442 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Town Center of Virginia Beach located at 4517 Commerce Street. DRE’s Erica Rorrer, Sezin Cortinas and Gerald Divaris handled the negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
