New Lease Transactions
Preservation on Main leased 14,550 square feet of office space located at 4106 Portsmouth Boulevard in Portsmouth, Va. DRE’s Krista Costa and Katherine Olson represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Caterpillar leased 12,268 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Southport Centre located at 4525 South Boulevard in Virginia Beach. DRE’s Chris Bendit and Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Candy’s Quilting leased 5,985 square feet of office space located at 140 West 22nd Street in New York, NY. Michael Divaris, Krista Costa and Vivian Turok of DRE represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Mobile Link leased 1,624 square feet of space in Tanglewood Shopping Center located at 3850 Colon Way in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. DRE’s Dave Redmond and David Bickford represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Lease Renewals
Hampton Roads District Council renewed its lease for 3,204 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed HRSA-ILA Building located at 1355 International Terminal Boulevard in Norfolk, Va. Hammond represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Crisis Pregnancy Center of Tidewater renewed its lease for 1,812 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Thalia Landing, Building One, located at 4356 Bonney Road in Virginia Beach. Costa and Olson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
