RICHMOND, VA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of the following transactions in Central Virginia totaling 18,737 square feet of office space.
New Lease Transactions
Business Opportunities for the Blind leased 6,023 square feet of office space located at 399 Azalea Avenue in Richmond. DRE’s Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the tenant in the lease negotiations with the landlord.
Wellspring Life Center leased 3,133 square feet of office space located at 10487 Lakeridge Parkway in Ashland, Va. DRE’s Steven Lindsay represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Basil Mediterranean Bistro leased 3,070 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased 5th Street Station located at 5th Street and Bent Creek Parkway in Charlottesville, Va.
Mailbox Express leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in Charlottesville’s 5th Street Station as well. DRE’s leasing team of Erica Rorrer, Mary McGovern, Zach Means and Larry Agnew represented the landlord in both leases at 5th Street Station.
Virginia Professional Hearing Healthcare Center leased 1,447 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Fountain Park located at 9327 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond, Va. DRE’s John Madures and Steven Lindsay represented both the tenant and the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Lease Renewals
Soma by Chico’s renewed its lease for 2,364 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased River Road II Shopping Center located at Huguenot and River Roads in Richmond. Other tenants in the shopping center include: Chico’s, Beecroft & Bull, White House | Black Market, Monkees and Bluemercury. DRE’s Brett McNamee represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
General Nutrition Corporation renewed its lease for 1,500 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Waynesboro Town Center located on Town Center Drive in Waynesboro, Va. Other tenants in the property include: Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ross Dress for Less, Michael’s, PetSmart and Kohl’s. McNamee and DRE’s Ali Newton represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
