(DRE), announced the signing of five leases totaling 19,562 square feet of new and renewed office space throughout the Hampton Roads region. Negotiations were handled through the Virginia Beach, Virginia, office of DRE.
RAI Care Centers of Virginia leased 7,767 square feet of office space in Planet Fitness Plaza located at 5850 Churchland Boulevard in Portsmouth, Va. With access to the vast resources of its global parent company, Fresenius Medical Care North America (FMCNA), the world’s leading innovator in kidney care and the largest provider of dialysis products and services, RAI Care Centers is uniquely equipped to provide comprehensive quality care to all of its patients using state-of-the-art dialysis equipment and the world’s most advanced dialysis treatment and patient support services. Divaris’ Vivian Turok and Elizabeth Greer Napolitano represented the tenant in the lease negotiations with the landlord, Virginia Hickory Associates, LLP.
Liberty-Source leased 6,727 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Fort Monroe Building 162 located at 84 Patch Road in Hampton, Va. Liberty-Source is a flexible onshore business process outsourcing model that will provide financing, accounting, human resources, customer care and additional support services for its clients. Napolitano and DRE’s Chris Bendit handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord, Fort Monroe Authority.
Turner Construction Company renewed its lease for 2,200 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Two Columbus Center located in the Town Center of Virginia Beach at 4500 Main Street. Turner is a North America-based, international construction services company and is a leading builder in diverse market segments. With a staff of 5,200 employees, the company completes $10 billion of construction on 1,500 projects each year. DRE’s Michael Divaris, Vivian Turok and Krista Costa represented the landlord, Columbus Tower II, LLC, in the lease negotiations.
H&A Experts renewed its lease for 1,488 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Parkway 4 located at 2697 International Parkway in Virginia Beach. H&A Experts is a general automotive repair shop. DRE’s Bendit and Eric Hammond represented the landlord, Continental Parkway, LLC, in the lease negotiations.
Reach Orthotic & Prosthetic Services renewed its lease for 1,380 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Poplar Hill Professional Center located at 4057 Taylor Road in Chesapeake, Va. Since 2002, Reach has provided state-of-the-art orthotic and prosthetic services to its patients, combining the latest technological advances with personal care and delivering solutions to reduce pain and increase freedom of movement. Hammond and Bendit represented the landlord, CSMC 2006-C5 TYALOR ROAD, LLC, in the lease negotiations.
