VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Gerald S. Divaris, chairman and CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced that Sam’s Club has leased 136,454 square feet of retail space in The Marquis at Williamsburg, located at 500 Marquis Parkway, in Williamsburg, Virginia. The lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the landlord, Marquis Williamsburg Real Estate Holdings, LLC, by Zach Means and Larry Agnew of DRE’s Richmond office, and Mary McGovern of DRE’s Virginia Beach office. Other tenants at The Marquis include Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Kohl’s and J.C. Penney.
