(DRE), announced that a lease was signed with PetSmart for 12,192 square feet of retail space in Harbour View East shopping center located at the intersection of College Drive and Interstate 664 in Suffolk, Virginia. The tenant will join existing retailers Walmart Supercenter, Kohl’s, Bed Bath & Beyond and OfficeMax in Harbour View East.
