Chesapeake, Virginia:  Gerald S. Divaris, Chairman/CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., announced the signing of a lease with Ross Stores, Inc., doing business as Ross Dress For Less, for 30,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris leased Crossways Shopping Center, located at 1412 Greenbrier Parkway in Chesapeake, Virginia.  Ross Dress For Less joins DSW Shoe Warehouse, Marshall’s, Value City Furniture and Dress Barn in Crossways Shopping Center.  This is the first Hampton Roads location for Ross Dress For Less.

Divaris, Chairman/CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., announced the signing of a lease with Sam’s Wholesale Club for 140,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris leased Princess Anne Plaza, located at 3333 Virginia Beach Boulevard in Virginia Beach, Virginia.  Other tenants in the center include Harris Teeter, Linens ‘N Things, Petsmart and Pier One.  Sam’s will occupy the space formerly leased by HQ/Home Quarters Warehouse.
