VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Gerald S. Divaris, chairman and CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), is pleased to announce that DSW Shoe Warehouse will be joining the retailers at Pembroke Mall, in Virginia Beach Virginia. The discount shoe retailer will be taking 15,040 square feet of the existing Sears store, located at 4588 Virginia Beach Blvd. The lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the tenant by Mary McGovern and Sezin Cortinas of the Virginia Beach office of DRE. DSW will open fourth quarter of 2015 and will be joined by Nordstrom Rack and REI in 2016.
