A lease has also been signed for Next Door Bar & Grill, a restaurant concept owned by Wegman’s Food Markets for 10,000 square feet on an adjacent parcel in the mixed-use development.

The 151,142-square-foot retail shopping center is owned by Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, LLC and is anchored by Gabriel Brothers (50,000 square feet), AC Moore (21,000 square feet), Photo Factory, Cost Cutters, Liberty Tax Services and Altoona Gourmet Buffet. The two outparcels at the shopping center are occupied by Taco Bell and Long John Silvers.

Whitehall, Pennsylvania: Gerald S. Divaris, Chairman/CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., announced the sale by Metro Commercial of Bluebell, Pennsylvania for the 102,800-square-foot, Divaris leased and managed, former Hechinger building located at 2661 MacArthur Road in Whitehall, Pennsylvania. The buyer, Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse Corporation, purchased the building for an undisclosed price. Divaris Real Estate brokered the sale for the owners.
