Dale City, Virginia: Alan Luger and Earl Goodman, Principals of the Rockville office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. announced the signing of a lease with Minnieland Private Day School, Inc. for 10,175 square feet of retail space in the Divaris leased and managed Ashdale Plaza Shopping Center, located at 2900 Dale Boulevard in Dale City, Virginia. The shopping center is also the site of Sport & Health Club, Navy Federal Credit Union, Wachovia, KFC and Family Dollar.
