Danville, Virginia: Gerald S. Divaris, chairman/CEO of Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of a lease with Ross Stores Inc. for 25,000 square feet of retail space in Coleman Marketplace Shopping Center, a 67-acre retail center located at the intersection of Piedmont Drive and Central Boulevard in Danville, Va. Ross joins Dick’s Sporting Goods, Home Depot, Old Navy and Target at the shopping center.
