Divaris, Chairman/CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., announced the signing of a lease with Family Dollar Stores of Georgia, Inc. for 10,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris leased and managed Forrest Mart Shopping Center, located at 6099 Fairburn Road in Douglasville, Georgia. Family Dollar joins Heilig-Meyers Furniture, Aaron Rents and Lab Corp in the shopping center.
