VIRGINIA BEACH, VA: Michael B. Divaris, President of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of a lease with Bio-Medical Applications of VA Inc., for 13,508 square feet of office space at Airline Plaza, located at 3080 Airline Boulevard, in Portsmouth, Virginia. The lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the tenant by Vivian Turok of the Virginia Beach office of Divaris Real Estate. The office space will be used as an out-patient dialysis facility and other related medical uses.
