Wilmington, North Carolina: Diana Teitsma, director of the Charlotte, N.C. office of Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of a lease for 32,976 square feet of retail space to Havertys Furniture Company Inc. Located at 1318 Military Cutoff Road in Wilmington, N.C., the retail space was formerly occupied by a Belk Department Store and is near the new Mayfaire Town Center development. The furniture retailer joins Food Lion, Starbucks, Wild Wings and Wine Styles at the property.
